By accessing and using the services provided by DCSupply GmbH ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), you ("Customer", "you", "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

DCSupply GmbH provides the following services:
All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without notice. Quotations do not constitute a binding offer until accepted by both parties.
Orders must be placed in writing (email, fax, or written form). We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion.
All orders are subject to written confirmation by DCSupply GmbH. The confirmation will include delivery terms, payment conditions, and any special requirements.
All prices are quoted in Swiss Francs (CHF) unless otherwise specified. Prices are exclusive of VAT, shipping, handling, and any applicable taxes.
Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may incur interest charges at the rate of 5% per annum.
We accept bank transfers, credit cards (where applicable), and other payment methods as agreed upon in writing.
Delivery terms are as specified in the order confirmation. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed unless specifically stated as "firm delivery date."
Risk of loss or damage to goods transfers to the customer upon delivery to the specified address or upon collection by the customer.
We shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or government actions.
We warrant that our products will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 12 months from delivery, unless otherwise specified. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by improper installation or maintenance.
Services are provided with reasonable care and skill. We warrant our services for a period of 6 months from completion, unless otherwise specified.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
All intellectual property rights in our products, services, and materials remain the property of DCSupply GmbH. Customers may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary materials without written permission.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the course of business. This obligation survives termination of these Terms.
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including the Swiss Federal Data Protection Act (FADP) and GDPR where applicable.
Either party may terminate these Terms with 30 days written notice. We may terminate immediately in case of material breach by the customer. Upon termination, all outstanding amounts become immediately due.
These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zurich, Switzerland.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
